Day of the Dead Comes to The Belgrove: The Art of Pairing's Flores & Agaves

West Palm Beach's Belgrove Resort & Spa, an Autograph Collection property, runs a weekly Thursday tasting series called The Art of Pairing - and this month's edition leans into Día de los Muertos with a tequila-and-chocolate pairing called Flores & Agaves, presented by Don Julio.

A Tequila Tasting With a Theme

The tasting pairs two expressions of Don Julio - the Añejo and the 70 Cristalino, including a Día de los Muertos-inspired bottle - each matched with artisanal chocolates. It's a seasonal twist on the resort's regular pairing series, built around the holiday's imagery of flowers (flores) and agave spirits rather than a standard spirits flight.

More Than a Tasting

The evening extends past the tasting table. Guests take part in an interactive floral workshop, designing and keeping a custom floral picture frame, and the ticket includes access to the resort's firepits and palm-shaded courtyard for the rest of the night. Valet is complimentary for up to three hours, and anyone who stays on to dine afterward gets 15% off food and beverage.
